Aerobic Classes

Help yourself feel better overall and decrease stress and anxiety with our aerobics classes at CFC. Did you know that doing aerobics weekly reduces body fat and aids with weight loss? And that it improves cardiovascular efficiency while decreasing the risk of developing diabetes, cancer and coronary artery disease? Yoga also improves blood volume, distribution and muscle delivery.It also strengthens muscles, bones, tendors and ligaments. In addition, water aerobics helps the elderly and those fighting arthritis too with increasing their cardiovascular and joint health and improves their upper and lower body strength.

Water Aerobics classes each week:

  • Mondays: Step & Stretch with Kerry at 9:30am
  • Tuesdays: Water Aerobics with Karen at 9am
  • Thursdays: Water Aerobics with Karen at 9:30am
  • Fridays: Step & Stretch with Kerry at 9:30am
