If you dare, take our challenging Bootcamp classes at CFC, designed to push you harder than you would push yourself. It is traditional calisthenics, body weight exercises, plyometrics and interval drills with little rest between sets. You feel it with every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set, you’re bound to feel the burn and intensity. It is not for everybody. Since you are constantly moving, your body is burning hundreds of calories. It can go a long way to improving your fitness levels and net faster fitness results too.
