Come attend one of our spinning classes offered throughout the week at CFC. Achieve toned legs and thighs, burn calories and improve cardiovascular health too while bicycling. Bicycle at your own pace and enjoy a low impact workout, and besides, it is a wonderful abdominal workout too.
